General Reservation Information:

•  Fees Include: Speaking Fees, Travel Expenses, and Meal Expenses. 

• Upon confirmation of Reservation, you will receive a digital invoice & confirmation of booking.  Payment is due within 7 business days of the date the invoice is sent. 

• If the need to cancel a confirmed booking arises, you will be charged a 10% fee, and the balance will be returned within 10 business days. Cancellations made within 10 days or less of the event will result in a 20% administrative fee.
