Intentional Education
In this Professional Development workshop we address 6 actions administrators and/or teachers can do to be more intentional about use of time and opportunities. There are two version of the presentation: an administrator version and a teacher version. Administrators will learn the importance of instructional leadership while teachers will learn invaluable strategies to use in the classroom.

Seidlitz Strategies = Rigor & Relevance
In this Professional Development workshop teachers will learn instructional strategies that are crucial to scaffolding and increasing literacy in the classroom. Research based Seidlitz strategies are invaluable for teachers of EL, 504, MTSS/RTI, SpEd, and LFWR students, or students who struggle in general.

In this Professional Development presentation we delve into the topic of the importance of communicating to build relationships among faculty and staff. "Connecting is the ability to identify with people and relate to them in such a way that it increases our influence with them." The MTSS-SEL-Restorative Discipline Framework: Part I
In this Professional Development session teachers will learn about the MTSS system, how to identify students who need Tier 2 & Tier 3 supports, and appropriate instructional strategies to support their students in each Tier. Teachers will also learn about about how each MTSS Tier aligns with SEL and Restorative Discipline tiers as part of the MTSS-SEL-Restorative Discipline Framework. Utilized comprehensively, schools can increase student achievement, increase integrity of character among students, and reduce behaviors that result in discipline.
